Data ingestion — load curriculum YAMLs
Reads docs/Rwanda/sources/nesa/extracted/
and upserts papers, sections, topics, allocations, key competences, and
syllabus units into the DB. Idempotent — safe to click multiple times.
Do this once after every dev deploy that includes new/updated YAMLs.
Trigger batch generation
Kicks off background generation for the paper's full Table of Specifications. Use "Generate" in the paper row above for a specific paper, or set a limit here to sanity-test first.
